Shipping information

We'll ship your order within 1-3 working days. All orders (except if noted otherwise) are shipped by PostNord from Sweden.

Aprox. delivery times:
Sweden: 1-3 working days
Europe: 2-10 working days
North America: 4-10 working days
Rest of the World: 2-5 weeks

Shipping rates are calculated upon check-out. The shipping rates doesn't include import taxes or custom costs (except for the US, see below). You might get a few different shipping options upon check-out, depending on which country you live in.

UPDATE ON US SHIPMENTS JANUARY 2026 - Any potential tariff or import fees for shipments to the USA are covered by us, so no additional costs will be charged to the customer.

We ship worldwide. If your country isn't included in the list when you check out, please contact us at store@ulterium-records.com for more information and options.

When you've placed your order you will receive an order confirmation via email. When the order is shipped you will receive another email, that will include the tracking number if the order is shipped trackable.

Pre-order shipments

If you place an order which includes pre-order item(s), then the entire order will ship when the pre-order item(s) are scheduled to ship out. If the pre-order items in your order have different release dates, the order will be shipped out when all items in your order are ready to ship out.

If you wish to receive some items earlier when you place an order that includes pre-order item(s), then please place two separate orders, one with the pre-order items and one with the rest of the items.

Returns

If there's an issue with your order, or if you would like to return an item, please contact us at store@ulterium-records.com (or via the Contact Us page) and include your order number.

We'll review your request and provide further instructions as soon as possible.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

Consumers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, please contact us at store@ulterium-reords.com (or via the Contact Us page) and provide your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

Once we receive your request, we will confirm receipt and provide further return instructions.
